Teil des mietenpolitischen Ratschlags am<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sa. 25. Es lohnt sich diesen zu lesen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Hebel herausgearbeitet haben wir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bundesweiter Mietendeckel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00f6ffentliche Wohnraumversorgung (LWUs, Bodenpolitik)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heizkosten\/Nebenkosten(streik)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mieter:innen-R\u00e4te<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die begonnenen Diskussionen wollen wir mit Euch weiterf\u00fchren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir laden Euch darum herzlich ein zum Mietenpolitischen Ratschlag, Teil 2, am 25.01.2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine zweite Einladung mit Programm und weiteren Informationen schicken wir Euch ca. zwei Wochen vor dem Ratschlag. Jan. 2025, 1-6 pm,&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Berlin, Kiezraum on the Dragonerareal, Mehringdamm 20<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In November, around 80 representatives from tenant organizations and initiatives came together to think about how housing policy should be shaped in the future and what levers we can use to become effective. A short report can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mietenwahnsinn.info\/2024\/bericht-vom-mietenpolitischer-ratschlag-23-11-2024\/\">Link<\/a> (1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have identified the following levers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nationwide rent cap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>public housing provision (Municipal Housing Companies (LWU), land policy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>heating costs\/utility costs (strike)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tenants&#8216; councils<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A reader was also developed for this advice, which can be downloaded here (German only): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mietenwahnsinn.info\/2024\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/12\/2024-11-23-mwb-ratschlag-reader-lang.pdf\">Link <\/a>(2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We want to continue the discussions we have started with you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We therefore invite you to the Housing Movement Roundtable, Part 2 on 25.01.2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will send you a second invitation with the programme and further information about two weeks before the meeting.
